I love the combination of the two textures and it’s the perfect way to make the satin dress more casual. This look is a pink and blue plaid shirt with a blue satin slip dress.

If you’re planning on going out to dinner then the plaid shirt will offer warmth for a winter evening. For a night out on the town you could add a pair of ankle, tall, or combat boots with a pair of tights. I think this is one of the best ways to add plaid to your wardrobe.

Trade in your red and crush on pink heels for a love connection made just for you! Our go-to color is typically red but I’m a huge fan of pink for this Valentine’s Day. I chose a sleek closed-toe slingback stiletto with the heel out in tantalizing pink to compliment my plaid shirt. It’s a classic style so it will never be obsolete.
